Luke, the owner of Sublime
I was born and raised in Perth, Australia and have been working in the hospitality industry since I was 16 years old. While completing my diploma in cooking, I began working in hotels and collaborated with many Asian chefs, which developed my love for Asian cuisine. After obtaining my chef diploma, I moved to London to work at the Berkeley Hotel, where I worked with high-end clients and learned to maintain a high standard in the kitchen. After 15 years in the hotel industry, I decided to start my own business. I founded Sublime Food Company in 2014, which specializes in private events, markets, and corporate catering. Over time, I have built up a loyal customer base and have even been approached by large companies to cater for their staff lunches.
